"Tim Herdon sent two men to replace our broken watersoftener. It seems, so far, that the machine is working fine. But when they went to take the old one away, disappointingly, they dumped the saltwater in the machine on to our lawn, leaving a large deadspot in our frontyard grass. Had they not done that, I would have given them five stars."
