"This company & broker, Ruth Weizman, who represented the seller was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not act in good faith the whole way through, being very mean to my broker & lender. The house listing said new AC & water heater and they were 15 years old! What dishonesty! Now you know what you're dealing with! I would stay away this company or broker! Seller & buyer beware!"

"Very unethical company. I am the buyer in a transaction where they represented the seller. Had an issue with the Title company where i asked the seller's agent to change Title Companies. Seller agent responded that if we did not close with this Title Company I would lose my $5K Ernest money. I asked my realtor to provide name and number for this agent. The agent refused to authorize my agent to give it to me. I looked up her agency number off of the closing documents and called that office. Spoke to Ellie who works in the office. She was not helpful. called back and spoke with Danielle, she was not helpful. They would not provide the agents name. I looked up the broker name, Eileen. Called back several times, "she was always in a meeting". Has not called me back."

"This company allowed the homeowner to sue me for my deposit as well as make false claims against me. They do not have the tenants best interest only the landlord... I sent the property manager a video of the how I left the home and picture and when he did his walk through he sent me a text stating the house was perfect. 36 days later I received a letter stating I damaged the home."
