"I was not impressed and would not recommend these People.They were very responsive when I called, and able to fit me in that day.   The service person  was to call when on the way did That did not happen.  The person showed up, the freezer had not been working, started worikng just before he got there.  he took the shelves out looked inside , had no guages or anything.    When I got there he said that it could be the condenser that causes intermittent workings and that would be $700 to replace it. I said no thank you. I asked if it could be dust gather that would cause the condenser to stop operating, so he then pulled the fridge out.  In my case it was a waste did nothing more than I would have done myself.  And suggest replacing the condenser . Live and learn"
