"Called to schedule a service appointment. The 1st person I spoke to was absolutely wonderful! She said she’d order the part and get the service appointment scheduled. I called back the next day to follow up and the person I spoke to (a different person) was so unprofessional and rude. Will not be using them in the future, will go to Harold’s Auto Center."

"This company has rude and inconsistent untruthful people. Go to Toyota Doc or Tire Depot instead...or anywhere else besides here. I was in dire need of replacing my ABS Pump and Actuator in my Lexus. The first woman I talked to was kind and helpful and got the parts ordered to come in 3 days later for my car and said they would work on my car that Friday if it came in on Thursday or Firday. I said that would be great since I needed my Lexus for a business trip I was leaving for that weekend. I received a text that the car part would arrive Friday am and so I called to confirm they would be working on it on Friday. There was an extremely rude young woman who answered the phone and said she refused to schedule the car for Friday and said Tuesday AFTER my business trip was the soonest she could do it because the part was not in. She referenced the text as proof, and when I pointed out that the text confirmed they ALREADY had the part...she became extremely rude and pushed the appointment for my car even further away just to prove she was in charge. When I politely asked if I could at least get the work done on the second time extension she offered rather than on the third time it was extended, she rudely said she didn't want my business and hung up on me."

"Kyle and his team are great. We had a hybrid that we couldn’t determine the cause of why it wouldn’t start. Had to have it towed to the shop. Kyle was able to figure it out and get it back up and running. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything about what was done. The our air conditioner wasn’t even working and without asking for it to be repaired Kyle fixed it a no charge. Definitely coming back for all future repairs and maintenance. Thank you for getting our sonata hybrid up and running again."

"I took my 2016 Dodge Charger to them after it wouldn’t start. They diagnosed my car, called with an estimate and then replaced my fuel pump. They had everything done in a couple days and the kindness and compassion from the staff are out of this world! I generally fix my own vehicle but anything out of my scope I will always bring my vehicle here!!! Amazing place!"
