"Terrible place to have to live. Condo management has ruined everything Parking lot floods every storm or high tide. Raised flower beds prevent water to soak into ground.all first floor floods.mamagment is no help"

"Visited a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom open house on second floor. Hard to find because no direction of unit number so we walked on wrong side of building. Unit was small but very clean. Pool has a great view of intercoastal. Didn't see where elevator was. Again no signage anywhere."

"Nice place, condos are nice and office staff is nice. but condos residents are the worst, very rude and full of Karen’s! Stay clear of the residents if you stay here. Had multiple rude encounters especially in the front building, if you stay here I recommend the back building by the water. We experienced a very rude resident who stated “dogs are not allowed” and then proceeded to walk her dog and ours was a service animal."

"I unfortunately would not recommend this spot to live- I've been living here on a 1 year lease and hope to move out in November. This summer has been incredibly noisy and not peaceful, you would think this place would be a quiet and peaceful place to live, but the amount of loud, noisy and disruptive construction going on is absurd. Going on week 2 of extremely loud and disruptive construction going on not to far from my front door starting before 9 am. Doesn't seem like there is a lot of respect for tennants. This place is honestly a big joke. I look forward to the weekends so much when all the construction stops momentarily. If I were you, consider all options before settling for this place. It's okay, but not that special."
