I sat and helped (I.e watched) my service man today. I was blown away by their technical expertise, tools, and IT they utilize to ensure they fix it right. It appears to me they try to keep the same service person for each resident. Mac is mine, we have a good report, he remembers me, my system, and all previous service calls. He even pulls up previous service calls with pictures and settings to make sure the system is running as good as, or better, then when he last left it.
