"I had the worse experience with Mrs Chichi "Cigdem" Castro. I asked Chichi to help me sell my business exactly 17 months ago. She said that she would be working with her “whole team” of experienced business realtors and that she would be able to help sell it in no more than 6 months. After I sent her all my financial and confidential information, she came back telling me she would be interested in buying it herself. With that in mind I immediately told her it would be better if I found another realtor so it would not be conflict of interested on which she immediately assured me that it would never happen, that she would continue to do her best to sell according to my best interest. About 4 Months after the initial conversation, she never even took any pictures of the spa, send a contract or a formal offer to buy it herself – simply nothing was ever done! I was then a timetable as I was moving out of town (the reason why I had to sell my business) and logistically speaking it would be extremely hard for me to manage the business after my move, she was aware of that and boy did she take advantage of that! She kept stalling and 17 months went by and she never sold, bought and totally prevented me to do really anything about it. She never even officially backed out of the deal so she would not have to pay for the escrow, she just kept stalling until I lost my patient. The worst part of this is that Chichi take advantage of your trust and kept telling me all this sad stories when in fact she was all this time waiting for me to get desperate so she could buy it for nothing. What kind of unprofessional and unethical person is this, that you asked them to help sell your business and they keep waiting for you to fail so they can buy it cheaper for themselves? Run away from Chichi Cigdem Castro, she is not what she seems."

"Got a Google Voice call form Justin Lickman claiming to work for this agency. First off I have no business relationship or otherwise with this agency or this person so it was an unsolicited cold call to a number that is on the do not call list Strike one. Web site looks really sketchy like a child made it so Strike two. Finally I decide to call back and I am greeted with "The Google scriber you have called is not available, please leave a message." Indicating that the person who called me was using the scammers favorite phone the free Google Voice Phone Strike Three. Please get your act together, I also plan to report the Do Not call violation."
