"I have lived here for a year, and I’m planning on moving out, I was 6 days short of my notice to vacate and asked my leasing office to accept my notice (I agreed to pay the extra 6 days) and the office staff is charging me $1800 for 6 days - even though I should only be responsible for the additional 6 days PER THE LEASE!!!! Management is refusing to work with me, if you can’t work with your tenants and FOLLOW the lease, then people should know how unhelpful, and rude the ladies in the office are."
"Loved my time at the Courtney apartments! The place is super nice, Amenities and interiors are updated and well maintained. Plus, the staff is super chill and always there when you need them. Definitely, recommend the Courtney apartments for a laid-back and comfy living vibe!"
"I really didn’t care to post a review and didn’t want to post a review since I live here and don’t want any “I’m sorry attention” I was and still AM living peacefully. I also don’t have any issues with the apartment and the community itself, the community is quiet and apartment is nice and maintenance team is great. However, there is one particular issue I have. I have called the leasing office a few times and have dealt with Evelyn, she was unfriendly to approach and annoyed to even answer any questions the times I have dealt with her. I try to be nice but I can’t be her doormat since I’m the resident here and I really didn’t want to speak about this until today. but I felt the need to leave a review for the corporate to see, because small issues are the most difficult issues that don’t ever get talked about and overlooked but leaves the worst impression and feelings. I had issue with my garage clicker in September where they were checking garages for overall maintenance. I went to the leasing office to resolve the issue and she sent me back saying no one’s working, she didn’t even try to replace the battery and maintenance ended up helping once he saw I needed help because she couldn’t walk across the room to look for batteries. Today I had a question regarding the rent and the 71 dollar convenience fee (if you pay your rent with debit and credit there is a convenience fee) that I was not made aware of and her response was “ oh it must have went up” if it went up shouldn’t there be a notice to all residents regarding this? (I was also not made aware of the convenience fee, will read upon my lease and update review) I guess I don’t have any rights to ask any questions and just trust every word that comes out of Evelyn and her attitude. I am a realtor and my job entails listening to every words that comes out of every client and give response that address their concern with kindness. Being a realtor and working in the same residential field I was understanding what I assumed reasons of her cattiness would have been which is why the first few catty responses were overlooked since I’m a women myself. I’m wondering if she is giving attitude because she doesn’t have answer to the question because she is clueless to the guidelines she supposed to know and but she gets paid to answer these questions to residents. I’m disappointed at how disorganized the management is and I’m appalled at the response I’m receiving. The passively peachy and indirectly rude attitude from Evelyn shows that my concern isn’t important to the leasing team and I’m clearly asking stupid and annoying questions to them, no leasing agent should make their residents feel this way about their concerns or questions."
"Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who genuinely wants their home to be a place of peace. The infrastructure of this building is beyond cheap that you can hear your entire upstairs neighbors conversations even with their inside voices. The apartments are nice but not worth the headache that comes with dealing with extreme loud tenants and a condensing management team. Overall the best thing they have to offer is an excellent maintenance team that resolves all issues extremely fast. If you work from home, have children or enjoy peaceful sleep, wouldn’t recommend staying here."
"Was a nice place to live mainly because the location was great. The maintenance team is nice, quick and responsive I was very impressed they are awesome. My biggest plus is I loved having the locked gate at every building entrance. If made you feel safe. The complex is a little pricey to not have a dog park, such a small pool area and not even a stair master. The entertainment and computer center closes at 5:45pm so it was never used. Would’ve stayed if the bigger floor plans expanded the living area but only the bed room and porch gets bigger from what the office told me. The leasing consultant Evelyn always speaks with an attitude. She’s just straight up rude she needs additional training. Yoski the assistant manager is kind and remembers everyone by name. The property manager switched out three times since I been there. My only issue I had here is when another dog got into a tussle with mines the leasing office couldn’t help because they didn’t know their own policy’s! thankfully after I repeatedly asked for the regional manager she was able to provide celerity and was very professional, sympathetic and apologetic to the lack of knowledge her team had . Kudos to her for good service recovery."
