"We were guests at a house managed by Palm State Property. When we returned to the house early evening, there was a beeping smoke alarm so we called the emergency line and were told that someone would be down between 8 pm and 9 pm to deal with this. There was a nasty storm but at 8 pm there was a ring at the door and someone from Palm State was there. He came in with his ladder, changed the batteries, and told us to have a nice evening. What amazing service – not just on a normal day, but with a storm that night… Palm State are probably the best management company we have dealt with in all the years of vacationing in Orlando."
