They take deposit without consent or reasonable cause. Maintaince request takes months and still aren't fixed. Homes are falling apart. Be aware they are the worse. I should have looked at the reviews before I dealt with them. Don't waste your time and money. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. There is plenty of good Management companies in florida that can find you and your family a home."

"I recently moved out of a home that I rented through this company. I really didn't have any issues throughout my tenancy. Maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. After the hurricane, we had some issues and they were fixed within the next few days. I communicated with Juan mostly, he probably got tired of hearing from me, but he was professional and helped in any way he could. I didn't have a whole lot of communication with Geannette, but when I did, she responded within 24 hours and was helpful. I've been to the office a few times and they seemed friendly, always made copies of everything - I always keep a paper trail. I enjoyed the home I lived in and I would recommend this property management to others. Always do your research when you're looking to rent. I was leery because I have never rented a home, always apartments. The process was easy in the beginning, upfront about everything."
