"Very disgruntled, angry road rage employee driving in perdido. He was all over the road. You can tell he doesn't respect the company or their equipment they let him use to make money. Not a good representation of the company at all..I personally would never use them because of the unkind un Profesional employee they have driving their van, representing their company. He could care less if he had a job or wrecked into the back of someone. Maybe he should be kept at the office filing paperwork AWAY from potential customers!"
"Sunday morning we woke up to the toilet overflowing and it backing up into our tub. Later that day I was having my daughter’s bridal shower. I got on the phone and called about 15 plumbers and the only person to answer the phone was Bayfront, plumbing. I talked to Patrick and he said he would be on his way over. He work for two hours trying to figure out what was going on. We couldn’t use water or go to the bathroom. It was not the best day. He said he would come back first thing Monday morning. He found the problem and Thank God it wasn’t as bad as we thought. He was kind and caring and gave great service. If you’re looking for a plumbing company, this is definitely the one."
"Thank you Spencer for job well done..fixed the pipes under my sink that I have had to fix at least four times over the years. His work ethic is very valuable!! Does his job the right way the first time rather than doing it quickly just to get it done. He sees the whole picture and does what needs to be done. Very thorough and very professional!! Finishes his job with cleaning up too..Very impressed!! Beth"
"Overall a good experience, but here are the pros and cons regarding my service appointment. PROS: very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue with the hot water in about 15 minutes. The issue with my hot water heater was the Honeywell thermostat attached to the front of the heater failed; it needed to be replaced. They also provided a military discount on the labor which of course is always appreciated, but not expected. CONS: Honeywell thermostats for AO Smith water heaters can be purchased locally and checking prices seem to run about $125-$150; but their supplier apparently charged $235. The other thought was $300 for labor, meaning driving to get the thermostat was a labor cost. In the end, the heater was fixed in about 35 minutes. Ask questions upfront about the labor costs, I was confused when we discussed labor if it included sealing a small leak from the vent leading to the roof. I though that labor was part of the $500 upfront quote, so I opted to just replace the thermostat, but apparently I was mistaken on that part."
"I was a husband that tried to 'fix' a refrigerator water line by drilling a hole through a wall for access to a sink valve. I happened to drill right into a main water supply copper pipe inside the wall. Water shooting everywhere. Wife freaking out. I shut off the water to the entire house immediately and started calling plumbers in the Pace, FL (Pensacola) area. Plumbers are very hard to get to come to your house because they all stay busy for various reasons. I knew I was in for a long wait to get my 'husband fixed' issue taken care of. To my great surprise Bayfront Plumbing scheduled a tech to come out the next day after I called them. Being new to the area I didn't know who to call and left multiple messages with over 10 area plumbers. Most never returned my calls but Bayfront was the first to call me back! Bayfront took care of my main water copper pipe break and sent 2 nice guys out that knew what they were doing. Yes, they had to saw a hole in the drywall and move my hot water tank out of the way to get to the interior wall pipe but they cleaned up and were very courteous to my wife and I. Because of their great timely service I am having Bayfront Plumbing return to my home to install a hot water expansion tank to bring my hot water tank safety up to current code. I plan to continue to use the great and knowledgeable people at Bayfront Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs. Thanks again!!!!"
