"I don’t recommend this business. I was quoted $208 over the phone. When I met with Henry I offered to pay before the glass was installed but he insisted I wait to pay until after he was done. During the installation he told me one of the window regulator clips broke that holds the glass in place. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that it wasn’t his fault and he continued installing the window. After the window was already installed he charged me $341. I paid $133 over the quoted price and I have to buy a new window regulator."

"To say that the windshield on my truck was shattered is an understatement. After being destroyed by a falling chimney during Tropical storm Claudette in East Brewton, and getting overcharged for a tow truck, and receiving ridiculous quotes for a replacement by almost everyone I looked up, this guy swoops in(same day mind you) and saved my bacon. He was able to get my glass same day, and install it within a few hours. but this review can't promise that for everyone. I'm just telling you about my experience. He was professional, punctual, and had a very affordable price.. I plan on recommending him to everyone that needs any kind of Glass repair. THANKS AGAIN HENRY!"

"I met Henry at The Flea Market on the 98 in Gulf Breeze. Didn't know anything about the business, but I needed a windshield and I can see that Henry had a truck full of tools so how bad can it be. Well, I'm very glad I went with Henry's company. He gave me a quote right there and then, and I booked it for the next Saturday at 2pm. The quote was very competitive to what's around PLUS they come to your house to do the repair/replacement. It was Saturday, 1:59pm... nothing. Right at 2:00pm, Henry rolled up in his truck. His timing was impeccable. It took about 2 hrs to complete the job. It may seem long to some but I know he took the time to do it right. Henry even pointed out to me some rust spots that was developing under the previous windshield. The truck was all rusty anyways to begin with, but I appreciated how honest Henry was to point it out to me. Anyways, the finished job looked great. After looking at the receipt and the breakdown of cost, it was a steal for the service provided. Always support the Local businesses when you get a chance. I will definitely recommend Henry's Windshield Express to anyone needing windshield repairs/replacements. Feedback: Not necessary, but it would be nice to get a text or call a day or couple of hours prior to the appointment just to confirm showtime."

"My son and I were on vacation in Orange Beach, AL when a huge hail storm hit in the early morning on 04/10/21. My car was extensively damaged and I needed my windshield replaced to drive back to Missouri. I contacted Henry at Windshield Express and he was able to come out and replace my windshield on Monday 04/12/21, when I couldn't even get anyone else to answer the phone. On top of that he had to drive to Mobile, AL to get the specialty windshield and return to Orange Beach to install it. In my opinion he went above and beyond what anyone else would have done.
