"I called the store and spoke with a supposed manager. He quoted me a "discounted" price of $400 to replace cracked iPad screens on 3 iPads 9th generation. It was 5 pm when we spoke and they close at 7 pm. I had a commitment at 6, but told them I was getting in my car and would head their direction. After I fought through heavy traffic for 25-30 minutes, I arrived to a locked store and an "out to lunch, return at 6 pm" sign. It was 5:30, just about exactly 30 minutes from when I spoke to the store and told them I was getting in my car to come. I knocked on the door and called repeatedly with no response. HORRIBLE, awful customer service! I wish I could give them NEGATIVE 5 stars!!!"

"A+++++ very skilled repair shop!! I had a special case and they took care of me! It was a Saturday and the heater element+temp sensor connection broke on my 3d printer heated bed. After being turned away by tech advance computers I was desperate to get it fixed asap because I had work in 2 days. I wanted to start a long print before my work week started. I called and explained the situation, and he agreed to take a look at it. In less than 24 hours, he had it fixed with high temp solder and made jumpers to repair the broken circuitry within the bed itself. I got home and checked continuity between the 3 positive terminals, 3 negative terminals, and 2 temp sensor pins. Everything was perfect. I did two 38+ hour prints back to back and never lost bed heat or signal from the sensor. Thanks to TechShield I was back in business for cheaper than the replacement part and I didn't have to wait 2-5 weeks for shipping!! I cannot recommend them enough!"
