"Elina Maranz and Naples Vibe Realty was the property management for a yearly rental. We rented 8479 Ibis Cove Cir here in Naples. Dealing with Elina was an absolute nightmare. Routine requests for maintenance on the unit was answered with "Google it." There seemed to be constant miscommunication between her and the owners of the unit - Ariel and Aurielo Santos. We moved out of the unit in June and the owners/Elina has withheld our entire security deposit with fraudulently charges. One of the charges were for customized cleaning services / replacement of furniture and ridiculous charges. Attempts to have a reasonable conversation about this have fallen on deaf ears and we will be going to small claims court to have this addressed. Overall horrible experience dealing with Elina and the withholding of the security deposit is icing on the cake. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from Elina Maranz Naples Vibe Realty and renting from owners (Arielle and Aurielo Santos) that would allow these fraudulent charges. In addition to small claims, will see if I can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau."
