"Mike Hasty was a great realtor! He was accommodating, enthusiastic and honest. Highly recommend Mike for others looking for a vacation home in the area. He really went the extra mile for us, great at communicating and just overall nice guy. He also was very tolerant when our wish list changed."
"I purchased a property through one of their agents on September 18, today is October 15 and it’s not have been removed or updated from MLS which means I’m not able to advertise for rent or sale by owner. I’ve reached out to the agent two weeks after closing and she gave me vague or nonsense explanations, I’ve reached out twice to the office and the second time an office manager took the information and said it will reach the agent and get back. It’s been more than a week and still nothing."

He is I. My walls sayi he is me or he’ll kill me he’s s dirty mafia gang member impersonator"
"My husband made the horrible mistake of having Joshua Holt show him some high end homes in Feb of 2022. During the showings Josh spent most of his time taking selfies and pictures of the homes he was showing (without sellers permission) and uploading them on social media bragging about the dollar amounts of showing he had. We used Josh once in the past to purchase a home and had no issues but since then he has become money hungry. One of the properties looked at was a new build, in which my husband found and asked if he could see it. He set the showing up. It was in a golf course community. While looking at the property clubhouse, the club house manager pulled my husband aside and asked him what Josh was doing ( he was taking panorama videos of the property and private club house menus uploading them on social media accounts) the manager requested he leave the building. How mortifying. Going forward my husband did and I not want to use him with the sale of the home. Leaving the showing that day dollar signs were being reflected into Josh's pupils. After about 30 or so days we went under contract with the home builder in March of 2022. At this point Josh did not maintain contact with the other realtor, nor did the other realtor ( builder's ) maintain contact with Josh. No transactions were ever made, no disclosures given or signed, no broker buyer agreements made , no representation agreement was ever signed, no listing agreement terms were ever provided. We have non of this. Fast forward 4 months- (after us closing & choosing to use no realtor) Josh finds out we purchased the home from the builder. He then immediately takes to social media spewing allegations about us and the builders realtor to his personal Facebook account in which we saw the post. My husband contacted him about the public post and they discussed it over the phone. the post was disgracefully. Once they talked it out we figured things calmed down. We even received a follow up email back from Josh apologizing for his behavior, wrote that he understood why we did not use him and we wished us well. One would think all is good right? Six months out of nowhere, Josh tries to shake down the home builder for the commission he lost despite the fact we never had a buyers agreement with him or any of the other aforementioned documents. Then 10 months later we find ourselves in mediation with the home builder and money greedy Josh, and bad suit broker, demanding full a commission on the sale of the home, and requesting the mls updating Josh as the realtor of the sale ( when he did not do a single transaction on the property) using a Procuring cause for claim. Then the builder advised to Josh that if he has to pay out he is going after us ( the buyer ) to recoup costs. Josh was totally fine with that. I hope anyone realized just how slimy that is - when you use some to look at a home and have used him in the past where he got a 70K commission off us before, not to mention we actually referred him to another buyer . Never again. Josh is nothing but a snake in the grass. I would not recommend this guy unless of course you want the kinds of hassles and stress and somebody this vengeful and ungrateful. Trust us - the broker he works under is the same! Sitting in mediation it was like a realtor version of the show Better Call Saul- two broke money hungry realtor/ broker in bad suits."
"Went on zillow to hunt for a house and found a couple that I wanted to tour. Zillow connected us with the realtor Jason Zientarski the next morning. Once connected, he started like what do we want since we're calling him and actually we didn't, zillow just connected us with him. So it didn't start very friendly. So I explained to him that we went on zillow and we've been connected together and I would like to have a showing. He asked me few questions about those houses and if we have a mortgage approval and how much. I answered all his questions and told him I have also a agent that I'm working with. So he began to be very rude and told me that my agent didn't do his job since I contacted him ( that I didn't but zillow did). I told him that I went online but I don't know how it works so maybe my agent can be in touch with him since I thought he is the listing agent. He kept yelling on me over the phone and end up to hang up on me like we are wasting his time instead of telling us that we should simply contact our own agent to do the showing. Keller Williams is a respectable company and should train theirs staffs to answer all kind of requests properly and professionally. We are buying a house that is a lifetime investment and need professional agent that guide us not greedy agent looking for sale."
