"We stayed at property 113 in Siesta Key Village. First off the owner was so helpful even before we got there. He answered every call personally. The property was wonderful. Our family loved the location steps from the beach and town. We had everything we needed including all the beach gear. The pool was very nice and temperature was great. The elevator was a plus for luggage and the upper deck which we spent time on as well. There was a refrigerater and restroom up there as well! Thank you Dan! We are definitely coming back."

"From my first phone conversation with Dan, I was sold! His warm and welcoming demeanor reassured me instantly that this was the place to rent from. The condo we rented in Siesta Key was every bit as beautiful as the photographs. It was well appointed to address every need stocked with kitchen necessities, towels, beach chairs and linens. It was clean, bright and open. I can’t wait to come back! "Perfect spot to vacation with or without the kids! We booked a last minute trip to this rental for a small get away with our kids and had such a great time! When entering the apartment, we really liked how much room we had. It was two bedroom two bath and had lots of living room space for the kids to play with toys and watch tv. The pool was very close and not crowded at all and the beach was walking distance. We drove to a couple near by beaches during our stay and the sand was white and soft with the most beautiful sunsets. At turtle beach we were able to get a bunch of sea shells. Down the street from where we stayed was a downtown area full of restaurants, shops and bars that are all within walking distance. Overall our stay was a great time and we would absolutely rent from these properties again. It was a great price for everything we received."

"We had a great stay in siesta key village! So convenient to many restaurants/shops and a 10 minute walk to the beach. On arrival the condo was everything as described-clean and spacious with lots of extras (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, beach necessities, towels, etc) to ensure our stay was stress free. "So so happy with our choice to rent The Big Orange! We rented the larger Manatee unit and surprisingly it was almost more space than we even needed for 2 families. The openness of the main living area was so amazing to have with so many people and there was never a point where we felt crowded. As perfect as the house was…the location was the best part! It’s hard to tell from maps and pictures if you don’t know the area, but out favorite part of the trip was being able to walk so quickly to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and our favorite little grocery market/liquor store at the end of the street…talk about convenience!! We absolutely will be back!"
