7 Heaven Vacation | Vacation Rentals in Orlando

"Our family vacation started off as a disappointment due to our stay we stayed at the Hideaway Villa!! The first day that we arrived as soon as we open the door it smelled like food a place that was supposed to be cleaned and sanitized prior to our visit. Air ducts were so dirty filled with dust, pool was dirty had hair and did not smell like chlorine. When I called customer service she stated that someone would call back in regards to our complaint which I'm still waiting for their call!! I emailed them pictures of the air ducts letting them know that our kids are asthmatic and the issue needed to be to be resolved as soon as possible they stated that the air filter was changed but they would send housekeeping to clean the house in the morning and the pool. Housekeeping did go but not to clean the house just to clean the air ducts and the pool was cleaned later that day , Oh and did I mention that the Master bedroom bathroom had mold towels were dirty and we killed around 100 flies in the home super disgusting!!!!! If you ask me if we recommend 7 Heaven Vacation Home please look elsewhere!!!"

"Best vacation rental ever, Centrally located near to all theme parks and shopping. Spacious suite stay, Clean large rooms, full kitchen, TV in every rooms, Internet access. Big enclosed backyard porch with Big Pool, Behind the pool within few feet you have the lake shining at you. Kids loved to run on the grass, few sightings of turtles and wild birds. We walked around enjoying the sunset on the lake. Our family loved the place, Kids wants to stay here anytime we visit Florida. Highly recommended to experience yourselves."

"After staying at this house, we no longer want to book hotel rooms when visiting Orlando!!! We love the entire experience at this house! It does feel like home–away-from-home, and not crowded like other hotels or resorts (especially Christmas and New Year time). We get to use the whole house plus the private pool all by ourselves! The house looks just recently renovated and all appliances are new! We love the lake at the back of the house and the tranquil water view. The house is very clean and the property manager is very friendly and nice! Location is perfect. Kids like the short drive to Disney and major theme parks(15- 20 minutes)! Grandparents love Walmart and many restaurants on 192 which is only 2-3 miles away because theme parks are no longer favored by them. They like to cook and spoil grandkids with home made food while relaxing next to the pool with warm sunshine. The 3 bathrooms are answer to our prayer! No more waiting for your teenage girl to perfect her morning look. I’d recommend this house to all my friends!!! Thank you for the beautiful memory!"

"If I could give them zero stars I would. We drove 17 hours to Orlando only to open the doors to a dirty, filthy villa. Urine in the toilet, linen dirty laying in the middle of the floor, just overall nasty. When I spoke to the manager her first excuse was we were not suppose to check into the villa until 4pm....I opened the door at 330pm. There was no way that that villa could have been properly disinfected and cleaned in 30 mins. Her next excuse was the person who checked out late went to the hospital with an emergency. I was so livid. We were not able to check into the villa until around 630pm. I asked that my cleaning fee be refunded, she stated that she could not do that and offered me use of the bbq grill for free, I told her that was not enough. They refunded me 50$ but only after I sent an email stating that I would track down who their corporate owner was and complain which I still am going to do. Also, I called numerous times and no one came to clean the pool. This place is absolutely ghetto in many ways, dirty carpet, ghetto property management. They don't care about customer service one bit. We have stayed at excellent villas in the past and had never had any issues like this. I wish the villas were not booked up that we stayed with previously I could have saved my hard earned money instead of coming to this dump. Beware!!!!"

"We stay at Sunset Lake. We had a great time. The house is very comfortable .It was clean and pretty. There was enough space for everyone to feel happy. The kids had tons of fun in the pool, and we sat at the outside table to watch them. The property manager Angelina was great and super professional!! The prize was perfect. Disney 15 min. We will return and tell all our friends about this property. Wonderful deal for big families. Thanks, Roman"
