"Will played an indispensable role in our real estate investment journey, guiding us every step of the way. Thanks to his expertise and unwavering support, our first flip yielded over 30% profit—a remarkable achievement for us. Will's commitment and dedication were evident as he saw the project through from start to finish, and we are immensely grateful for his invaluable assistance. His knowledge and guidance have been instrumental in our success, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to venture into real estate investing. Five stars without a doubt!"
"Never did pest control. Had rats from day one that I constantly had to call a remind them to bait the traps. Had termites for years . He never did anything about the bug problem until I threatened to call code enforcement. He always used the cheapest contractor to do work . My electrical box caught fire. Had to get the city involved to get it working properly. Even though I paid my rent on time and was a good renter he decided to terminate our lease at Christmas time because he was mad that we sought outside help on electrical issues. He never maintained a safe peaceful property because he rented to multiple drug dealers. One year the day after Christmas a house got robbed because of it. We would have left a long time ago if the housing market was better . But we got stuck . So avoid willam Dedelow and his company at all costs. Also the dumpster was constantly over flowing. And he never maintained the lawn care as it states in the lease."
"Absolute worst rental agency I've worked with. Property management was transferred the month I moved out. Property management claimed damages caused but I had pictures proving otherwise when I moved out. They claimed they did not manage property prior to my move in and could not speak to that. Property owner claimed he could no longer handle it when confronted about it. They proceeded to renovate home, claiming damage (pre-existing as proven by their old rental pictures as well as move in pictures) and installed hardwood floors to "fix" the carpet. Then proceeded to send bill to collections when damages were contested. Home had rats when we moved in, we had to have a cleaning crew come in and actually clean the home. Home owner told us "Welcome to lakeside living" when we told him about the rats. Home owner showed up instead of property management with no warning in the middle of our move and took pictures of our move out, claiming this was left but was gone before we turned over property. Rental agency is is uncooperative, and exploited relationship with Collections agency instead of coming to an understanding based on hard evidence. This is a completely legitimate review of the process they put us through on move out for the owner to take advantage of their management and relation with said collection agency and shall not be removed. Edit to the edited response: The photos highlight the said “damages” I was billed for. I also provided them with images from multiple different listings of the property with this companies water mark on it showing said damages. This companies response to the images is they weren’t there for the initial walk through and couldn’t speak to the condition of the house prior to my move in and the owner said it was out of his hands as this company now managed my move out. Will even went as far as to claim I fabricated the images and uploaded them to the listings I did not have account access for, talk about a stretch. I find it odd a company that never worked with me felt comfortable sending an account they claim didn’t exist to collections. If you’re considering renting, steer far away from this company and any landlords considering this company. For the last time, I have no access to the accounts that had the watermarked photos on them. The incomplete representation of your own business name or your agents doing so speaks more to your attention to detail than anything. You may not be aware of this, because your specialty appears to be scamming on behalf of your clients and accusing said renters of fabrication of watermarked logos (for whatever reason), but you can view cached versions of websites (with enough knowledge, you can use google to obtain it) and discover they were hosted by those same accounts I do not have access to even after you scrub the listings of the old photos and let's be honest I would not have used the term "professionally managed" had I fabricated it. Take it up with your employees or clients, but let's not make false accusations. Regardless of the watermark you've hyper fixated on, the photos STILL exist of the pre-move in damage on these listings, which you turned a blind eye to. Yes, the freshly water marked photos were from before we moved in, absent your water mark when we did so. I discovered the new water marked versions of the old photos when I went to the listing to obtain the photos that a existed prior to the renovation you completed on my move out. Your company facilitated the false collections on his behalf, and enabled him to be "hands off" of any obligation to communicate. My problem is with your company. I simply want to forewarn any potential renters of your shady business practices."
"Great company. I’ve been a tenant with them for 1 year. Never had any problems with management attending to any issues I’ve had with the home. They have responded to All my request without major delays. They work with you and assist you within a reasonable time."
