"Worse experience ever!!! Do not rent from these people ever. Also, BEWARE. I rented through VRBO, not Atlas Homes, and there was no help from VRBO. The supposed property owner used pictures from when the house was on the market. This is false advertising. The property was is disarray, recently sprayed with pesticides because of roaches. Could not get a hold of owner since he was "Out of the Country". Vrbo was no help in contacting the owner or in getting refund since they did not feel it was a "significant pest infestation." Also, they said that we had to give the owner a minimum of 12 hours to respond to the problem. Mind you, I have already been charged for the rental that started 3 hours prior to getting a hold of a person through customer service. Needless to say, I will never use Vrbo again and Atlas Home is a complete scam."

"Beware! Beware! Beware! Beware! After securing a reservation Solterra Resorts viz Atlas Vacation Homes on May 11th... 3 weeks before my visit. I didn't receive any information regarding gate code or home information as indicated. I made several attempts calling the office and left several messages. Not one person has called me back. I also sent numerous emails and yet to hear from anyone. On the day of my reservation May 27th I was finally able to get someone by email. She first said she couldn't find my reservation whatsoever. I then sent the the email confirmation securing my reservation along with payment info. Her next response was the they had to cancel my reservation without giving me a reason. My family was celebrating my wife's 50th birthday, so we had several family members for the weekend. I was appalled that they didn't have the decency to even call us if there was an error or perhaps double booking so that we could've made other arrangements. Don't book with Atlas Homes until you call them and actually speak to someone. You'll see that you cant get a hold of anyone giving you the answer to book elsewhere. I called Solera Resort and spoke with a young lady and told her about my dilemma after hearing about our ordeal. She immediately had an owner contact me who in turn gave me a huge discount. She was able to accommodate us in her home which was actually larger with a much bigger pool. My family had a wonderful visit at Windsor Hills Solera Resorts A****"

"The host was very responsive and caring. The house was immaculate. The pictures did the house no justice. It was fresh, clean, and smelled great. My family and I felt right at home. Our host Louis answered all of our calls in less then a minute and answered any questions we had. We do this often and this was the first time I can honestly and truly say I cannot stop complementing them. I definitely will recommend him to my business partners and family."

"My team and I were so fortunate to stay in a Vacation Rental reserved thru Atlas Vacation Homes. Luis and Mike were amazing to deal with. The operator even asked if we needed reservations because she could get one at Disney Springs! WOW! The unit on Sandy Ridge Drive in Reunion was incredible! It was a seamless checkin/checkout. (We even got a complimentary early checkin!) The unit was well supplied and the bed was so comfortable. The lanai was amazing to do some work and relax. I cannot wait to stay with this professional company again! Thank you Mike for taking such great care of us!"

"My family rented a home through Atlas Vacations located in Acadia Estates, Kissimmee, FL. This trip was very special to us and the home and Atlas Vacations exceeded our expectations. My mother has stage 4 cancer and a return to Disney World and Universal Studios was on her bucket list. We were all very pleased with the home provided through Atlas, and with a large group we were very comfortable. Our home had a pool and jacuzzi, which was wonderful after a day at the park. The home was very clean and had a wonderful layout for our group. The Acadia Estates was a beautiful gated community that was well maintained and a quiet comfortable stay. Everything we needed from Atlas during our stay was promptly provided and the owner was on top of everything. Thank you Atlas Vacations for a wonderful stay and helping our family make memories that we will treasure for a lifetime.
