"well i was in one of their "villas " a week ago in Orlando infested by bed bugs coming from France i have 200 bed bug bites on my body which aches i sent pictures i asked for explanation and nothing thery tell me you catch this somewhere else but i arrived from France on decembder 24 th pictures of me for certifying and i have picture of me covered with bug bites people dont go to their houses !!!! you will be infested! i'm harrassed by TRIPADVISOR becaude they gave this F.... house the certificate of excellence and they tell me i'm lying i'm a doctor ! back in France on january 3rd i sent pictures they don't give a F... as a doctor i don't know what all these bitings will do to me but dont take your kids to their villas !!! i sent a review on TRIPADVISOR but they dont want to put this on line fearing losing cleints i told them you are complice of the propagation of a contagion but they don't care i wont let go we are in a civilized occidental world if you don't even dare to go on vacation in Orlando beacause of beasts we are lost shame on you MARIA"

"Renter beware!!!...These guys are a scam!.. We rented a home for two weeks and paid nearly $3,000. I called to be sure the pool would be heated. They told me the pool would get to 86 degrees but could not guarantee anything over that if the temperature was below 55 degrees. When we arrived the temperature out was 70 degrees and the pool was at 60!!! I called and asked them to come look at it and the owner of this company showed up at the property I was renting and told me there was nothing he could do because the pump wouldn't get any warmer and Southern Dunes would not allow him to run the pump throughout the night. When I told him something needed to be done because I was paying $130 per day for pool heat, the owner, got in my face, started screaming, and told me to "shut my mouth". He then offered to let me leave but stated I only had 24 hours to find another house. I had just driven 22 hours and anyone that knows Orlando during Christmas, knows that it's nearly impossible to find outside of a hotel room. He became very angry and we had to ask him to leave our rental house 3 times. We then followed up with security and a pool company. Both of which advised that the pool pump was able to be run all night long. Security and the pool man advised that there is a noise ordinance but that the pool pumps aren't included. The pool man inspected the heating unit and informed us that the pool pump was able to heat the pool warmer but the owner, probably didn't want to lose potential profit. The house is covered with sticky notes mandating what you can and can't do and the furniture was dirty and had holes in it!! This is far from our first time renting but surely will be our last from this company!! This company had ZERO customer service!!! Please, Please, Please do not allow them to ruin your vacation!!!"
