"This home was amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. The tvs, the rooms and bathrooms where spacious. The bowling alley was a hit. Cliff was responsive and attentive. The only thing i was unaware if was the 5 parking passes. Besides that...i would definitely return! Great for big families!"

"I must say that my husband selected the right place for his family’s first annual Thanksgiving Family Reunion. Villa Solterra Resort 1 was definitely BREATHTAKING for all family members upon arrival! The layout of this house is truly amazing. It is designed for all guests to fellowship with laughter, love & fun. It is truly kid friendly…by including a bowling alley, theater, pool & game room. Please don’t DELAY! Make your reservations for your next family gathering. You won’t regret your stay in this 14 bedroom, 14.5 bathroom awesome getaway home! I must add that the owner Cliff always addressed our needs. He’s a great host. He even assisted me when I left my well needed charger behind."

"This is our third time renting the house in Davenport and per usual it did not fail us! We had a total of 27 people and it was perfect for us, The house is so spacious every room has a king bed and it’s own bathroom (except the kids room but even the bunk beds are full size beds) the bowling alley and game room is always a hit for the kids. Cliff was amazing from start to finish, extremely responsive, if anything was brought to his attention it was resolved immediately. We will book again and again and again!"

"My family and I stayed at the Famous Bowling house in Davenport, Fl. This house was really nice and the owner, Cliff, was very nice, responsive and accommodating. The house met the needs of my family of 33; didn't notice it was that many people in the one house. We had a few minor issues that were addressed immediately! Other than that, this was a 10 out of 10 stay. My family and I would definitely rent here again!!!"
