"We're in complete shock from the way we was treated by Victoria Franchina. Our first time in MI homes and we took a tour with the only model they have available. When we came back in, Victoria wouldn't even recognize that we was there. After waiting several minutes, I peaked in her office and said "I have some questions for you when you have a minute, please" she didn't get up out of her chair, but she did say "WHATS YOUR PRICE RANGE"? I told her we're still working on that piece and she said "WE'RE NOT THE BUILDER FOR YOU" WHAT????? Did she really just say that to a customer? MI homes, you just lost a sale because of this rep who couldn't take the time to help us. She wouldn't even give us a price sheet. She told us to get it online. If you, Victoria Franchina was my employee, your azz would be fired!"

"Not our first time visiting or buying MI. Great builder but this is the first time we ran into a poor SA. The builder is definitely a 5 star but the Sales Associate, Angelica was extremely detached, not personable, acted like we were bothering her and either couldn’t or wouldn’t answer any of the questions we had about the community and its amenities. Not a very good first impression."

"The sales woman was extremely rude and acted like we ruined her day by asking about the houses. The other issue we found was that the cabinets are not custom, you have to pick from a preselected package. There was no high end choices. Not to put down other builders but it was the same grade as my Lennar townhome. This is 500k home, you would think they would put better grade finishes. I cant believe people are actually paying that much for this cheap quality."
