"My mom lived here for a year! Lot rent is insane!! $840 a month! She moved out on the 3rd of a month and they took the whole lot rent!! They don't pro-rate! Tried to get lot rent back, they said to ask the lady that bought her place for the money! Omg, are you kidding me!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PPL!!!!!! Greedy people!! Their so called realtors Rich & Linda are not licensed realtors as I was told by lady in office!! They don't know what they are doing either!! They both lie!!! DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS HORRIBLEY RUN PLACE!!!"

"Beautiful double-wide, gated, H.O.A. community with a pool at the clubhouse. The lot rent is around $750 per month which includes garbage pickup, H.O.A. fee and yard maintenance (cutting the grass). If there are any trees, flowers, shrubs or the like on the your property you must or hire someone to do the maintenance. They are strict about that. You must also pressure wash your home and gutters at your expense ...etc. with the H.O.A. rules. No homestead exemption applies because Hacienda Village owns the land. Also, during the summer, or rainy season & the hurricane season, most of the streets are flooded and you can't get in or out easily if at all. Be aware of street flooding where you buy a home in there. They have two entry/exit gates. During heavy rain, tropical storms and hurricanes, the gate off of Main Street is often your only option to enter or exit. Very poor rain drainage throughout this mobile home community. Get a copy of the H.O.A. rules and READ & COMPREHEND EVERY WORD before buying a home here. They mean & enforce all that is written. Ask questions if you're unclear about any of it. Just remember, nothing said in words changes a written contract that you sign. I hope this helps if you're thinking of buying there. I know someone who has lived there for about 8 years and is very happy to be there. It is a clean, well-kept community with planned activities for those who wish to participate and a newsletter each month available to all residents to let them know what's happening and when."

"I’ve been called many times from clients in this park. The park is gated, with the best amenities in the area. The park manager (Susan) I met 3 years ago is very efficient when it comes to providing info on lots and details about rent etc… They offer Sunday breakfast’s, heated pool and so Much room. I have sold many homes in this park and I can tell you this park is clean! The lake is great ID anyone likes fishing and it’s a golf cart friendly and animal friendly community. Many of the residents know I work for Integrity mobile home sales and I get referred often so when I go list in this park I enjoy every moment of my visit. I recommend Hacienda village. It’s top notch park in town"

"I have remodeled a trailer here and the staff and most of the residents are super nice and very cordial. However, be warned, there are a few residents who aren't very nice and are busy bodies. But, it's a retirement type 55 and up property so that's just par for the course. The property itself is very clean and well taken care of. Would love to move there one day myself, still have a few years before I'm eligible, though. All in all 5 star place to live out the golden years."
