"The pictures did not match the property. We had bugs and the ants were terrible. Everything was old and used up. Debi was definitely not nice! The windows on the gulf side were terrible. Cold and drafty. Definitely, stay away from these people!!!"

"Rented vacation property through them for a little over a month. Property was exactly as pictured and described. We worked with Debi Hartman and she really made our stay easy. When my mother left her CPAP machine in the condo we were in Georgia before she realized her mistake. I called to see if they could ship it to her. The lady I initially spoke to was rude and unwilling to help but then I spoke with Debi. She shipped it priority. My mother was very grateful. Thank you to Debi for going above and beyond."

"From my experience: I agree with the prior review. Incredibly incompetent, unprofessional, and just felt like they were shady. We rented a property through them which was in very poor condition (going through foreclosure) when we took possession. Long story short they, specifically Carolyn Campbell, were looking for ways to keep portions of the deposit saying that the place was a mess. At the end of the day I let them keep it because it was worth losing a few hundred bucks to not have to deal with these dirtballs again. If you are considering renting a property from them I suggest asking for contact information from prior renters and getting a review that way. Luckily we only needed a rental for a short amount of time because I could not imagine having to deal with this lady long term."

"Just a warning if your are looking to sell or rent your property Do Not use At Home Property Management and Realty LLC! They are extremely incompetent!!! Sadly I had to loose thousands of dollars to find this out!!! They took forever to get the place rented. Then when they finally did find a renter they showed the place while I happened to be there and thank goodness I was because they lost the gentleman's contact info which I had obtained while he was there. He had said he was very interested and gave me his card. He followed through by calling the realtor several times to no avail. They did not return any of his calls and when I called them to ask if they had heard from him they said they lost his contact info! Like I said very incompetent. I called the man and rented the place myself. Then they had the audacity to sue me for payment for placing the renter! I also found out later that the former tenant wanted to rent for an extra month but the realtor would not get back to them so I lost $1500 in rental income. I would advise against using this service! I would have given 0 stars if it were an option."
