"I do NOT recommend this place. I found the staff rude and unhelpful when inquiring about the facilities. The Activities Director Anne was misleading & dishonest to me as a service provider."
"I have quite a few clients in Colony Cove. It is quiet and beautiful with the water surrounding most of the Cove..they do have a very busy activity calendar with lots going on! This time of the year they are just wanting then Boredom is not possible in Colony Cove and the residents are just Amazing.bTheand always willing to help!"
"It would really be helpful if Colony cove would update their sales list. The two homes listed for sale have been sold for months!!! What they do to keep outsiders out is to make sure homes getting ready to sell are given a heads up to current residents to try to sell to family connections. I feel that they're real estate practices are devious!! Beware! The real estate listing haven't been updated for at l east 18 months or more."
"Came up from the fort meyers area to visit my grandparents for a few days. The park is well kept and quiet.I'm only giving it 4 stars because i see people here with dogs over the size limit which is unfair because my grandmother had to give up her dog (which belonged to her son who passed away) and these people are allowed to keep theirs simply because the administration fails to hold everyone to the same standards. There was also non residents who were also not over night guests using the pool with their 3 children. When asked who they were visiting they couldn't give an answer, my grandmother says this happens often. Its kind of frustrating when youre here to spend quality time with your family and your stuck listening to kids who aren't even allowed in the park (nor do they contribute to the upkeep of the pools) but the administration does nothing about it even though it has been brought to their attention."
"We spent a week at Colony Cove in early June and we loved every minute!!! The residents were wonderful and offered a lot of information about the community and the surrounding area!!! It is great how the park is run and rules are adhered to; which is why the concept of coop works for everyone."
