"Asked for a quote over the phone for some simple repairs. Sent in detailed images of what was needed. Described what the issues were. They gave me a decent quote. When they showed up (not on time) they arrived with no truck, no ladder...nothing. Then after quoting me $450 based on my description and photos, they jack it up to $1500 !!! All around bad and unprofessional. Scammers. Keep clear of them."

"This is my first time picking a service provider of this nature. All I needed was handyman services to repair a fallen down closet rack. I Called scheduled an appointment. On appointment day confirmed appointment with follow up call. Within the next hour the representative that was supposed to be coming to repair closet had an emergency and could not make the appointment. They didn’t reschedule that for the early morning appointment but for the late afternoon. I had to request an earlier appointment as they had canceled previous appointment. Rescheduled the appointment, followed up again to ensure I was on the schedule and they never showed between the appointed time. Call to follow up the representative said she would get in touch with the handyman to find out his status I would call me back in 10 minutes never received a phone call excusing themselves or explaining anything! Absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional."
