"Lexus of Pembroke pines service department is really going bad. i have brought 3 cars from there service them all there every time i go there its getting worst and worst. i will have to start taking it somewhere else when i stay 2 mins away from there. service manage or director don't even call customers back what kind of customer service that is. this is not even the first time they don't call back at all. i called 2 weeks ago to make appointment with loaner like i always do and to turn out appointment was never made by girl on the phone and was just told by Ashley no appointments available or loaner when it was there fault the appointment was not made. The girl put me on hold 4 times before making appointment which turned out she didn't."

"Came for a baterry replacement also asked to get my sensors checked. Was advise that it would take up to 1 and half hour. Decided to stay and wait. 3 hours later when I went to check the status car was not ready. Another 30 minutes passed by and finally I’ve received the car. Guess what? Andres Gutierrez the service advisor never requested to the sensors to be checked. Finally spoke with Jose the Service Manager and he offered a loaner. I’ve never received a call back saying may car was ready till I’ve decided to call today and I found out it was. Came to pick it up and I’m waiting for 45 minutes since they cant locate my car. Try to speak with service manager and he’s not available. Also, they’ve said the car is at the car wash and came out dirty"

"I have been going to this location since 2017. My previous advisors were top notch with customer service. They had excellent communication and were very attentive. Over the last 2 years the service has really gone down. My new advisor has been terrible. I have wasted so much on Ubers going back and forth because he fails to communicate when the car is ready or says come now only to find him gone and my car not ready. More recently I had made an appointment a month in advance to secure a loaner. I got there at 8am and waited 25 mins for him to get me only to be told there were no loaners, information I could have used before sitting there. He then said they would call me to pick up my car and turns out he never put that request in. I ended up having to go to another dealer for service. Such a shame because for years this location really cared about its customers."
