"We rented from Wren this past week in ponte vedra beach (Sandy Dunes). House was perfect. Great location - beach practically deserted. Very well-maintained, very well-stocked. Great service too - AC unit stopped working on second day - called to report about 9:15pm. Dave from Wren was there in about 45 min and got it running. Had a repairman visit the next day. Highly recommend Wren and Sandy Dunes."

"Kudos to David & Wren Beach Realty. Due to a FEMA beach replenishment project, the house that we originally booked was unavailable during the week we were scheduled to arrive. David sent us updated alerts on the project and was willing and able to move our family to another house for the week. His actions saved our vacation! Ocean Dreams more than lives up to its name! The house appeared to have been recently renovated, perhaps over the winter. This 3-level home offers breath taking views from ALL levels. All bedrooms have a covered balcony with comfy furniture to sit on while staying out of the sun. There were a couple of windy days that we were unable to set up our shade tents. We simply stayed on the balconies and enjoyed the day just as much as if we were actually on the beach. The decor and furnishings of the house are updated and exactly what you would expect in a top of the line beach home. The kitchen was fully equipped with every possible cookware and utensil necessary to prepare a chef-worthy meal on the nights we chose to eat in. This house is equipped with an elevator, which was invaluable to the Seniors that were in our party. When the elevator malfunctioned (due to an error on our part), Daphne sent someone to the house on a Saturday who quickly resolved the issue. Jason also gave us instruction on how to avoid a repeat problem. Once we were “educated” on the issue, the elevator worked like a charm the rest of our stay. I gave this house a 5-star rating without any hesitation. More importantly…….I give David/Daphne at Wren Beach Realty a 5-star rating as well! Looking forward to our next beach vacation!"
