We had to extend our stay twice with no problem and any questions we had were answered promptly. The condo was clean and neat and the location was perfect for our needs. "RENTERS BEWARE! This company WILL NOT return your security deposit! We rented an old home that needs a lot of work and we’re expected to leave it in much better condition than when we moved in. The tile floors were popping up and all of the grout was coming out, but somehow they charged us $1230 for professional tile cleaning. It’s very convenient that the property manager’s husband is the one making these “repairs” and all of the renters money either goes in her pocket in the end or makes repairs to an older home at the renter’s expense. *Make sure you read the fine print! They pointed out to me that in their contract it says the renter upon move out will have the tile professionally cleaned (charged $1230). It does not say that on the move out instructions when your lease is about to end. It says to have the house professionally cleaned and we did that. Better than when we moved in and they still claimed to have had to re clean. They took our deposit and re tiled this old house at our expense. ***If this house was given to us in perfect condition, I guarantee this house would have been given back in perfect condition. This home needed a lot of work and you made us pay for it. How many people rent from this company and just walk away with a small portion of their security deposit returned because they don’t want to spend more on an attorney to fight the bogus charges? This house was FILTHY when it was handed over to us but we were in desperate need of a place while our home was being built. I would have otherwise NEVER have chosen to live in such poor conditions. I’m a honest person and if I left that home in worse condition than when it was given to me I would have understood the charges. Your business is unethical."

"International Golf Realty is FANTASTIC! Everyone I worked with there (Marilyn, Heather, Lorie and Stuart are the names I recall) are incredibly helpful, responsive, accommodating and very quick to respond. I was recently displaced due to my home flooding from Florida’s back to back Hurricanes (Ian and Nicole). This group repeatedly and with such kindness and ease helped me find the right accommodations for me and my family during what is one of the most personally challenging and stressful processes of rebuilding. A huge thank you to these folks for being such a wonderful team! I look forward to working with them in the future."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Marilyn was so helpful and promising until we signed. She then became hard to reach and passed off responsibilities that she said she would do personally, eventually not returning emails and blowing us off. She charged $200 for a $20 smoke detector double charged for cleaning fees and was all around as slippery as can be. If to have someone manage your property, heed my warning, look elsewhere. This company only wants to gouge you. I believe the only reason they wanted our contract is because if we sold in a year, they would get the listing. IGR should stand for Intentionally Gouging Real estate. Almost forgot to mention we rented 4 times ourselves and she rented twice, we owe her company (according to her) and have nothing to show. More importantly she paid zero state and county taxes. Let that sink in. In advance she will respond claiming some other bs, I’ll gladly show the documents to prove otherwise to anyone interested. Read her reviews, either 5 star or 1 star? The real reviews are the bad ones. Marilyn told us when we signed that we would be renting some fake 1 night stays to our family or friends, pay the fee to vrbo and have 5 star reviews. I have no reason to lie, check around. Read the 1 star reviews too"
