"Great resort. The pool and hot tub were great and the kids enjoyed being there for a very long time. The room itself was was nice with living room, kitchen, washer and dryer and ready to be used with everything provided! The room needed a little bit of update but other than that it is a nice room."

"Checked in today. So far we've noted broken doors....one about to fall off the hinge, broken dresser, dirty table tops, scum in shower grout, grimey floors, big roaches, filthy drapes. I thought I'd puke cleaning the cracks of the kitchen table. Im scared to ask our guests next door what their room looks like. What, exactly, do our maint. fees go to every year? And these people want us to do an update? Hahahaha. Feeling more like contacting a lawyer. Update: Ms. Holestin, front desk mgr, moved us to a room that is MUCH CLEANER (still not perfect....long hair all over the floor) & in a better material condition. Thank you!"

"Very nice rooms! Stayed in a 2 bedroom lock off with 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 dining tables, 1 kitchen and 1 kitchenette, 2 living rooms and 2 screened porches. We were in Building 6, with a view of the golf course, next to the shuffleboard court, grills and a fire pit. Easy stroll to a beautiful pool. Pool table, IMAX theatre, pool cabanas - all on the premises. Easy self parking in a gated community. Very pleasant staff."
