We decided to use Mr. Laier initially to replace our tile floors and I am so happy we did- so happy in fact that we decided to use his services for several other home repairs afterwards from drywall work to door trim installation. It is evident from the quality of his work, that he not only takes pride in doing the job correctly the first time but also is extremely experienced at many aspects of home repair. Truly a "one stop shop" which is very much appreciated. He arrived each time with all of the equipment needed, completed the jobs within the time frame he gave us and cleaned up after jobs were done. We felt like his pricing was fair, we knew we were paying for quality work and while he gave us knowledgeable suggestions for materials we may or may not want to use, we did not feel in any way that he tried to "tag on" any unnecessary costs. The floors are beautiful and we are very happy with his work, professionalism and highly recommended his work."
