"Found most of what we needed"
"I booked an estimate at Home Depot to get my floor redone, and out of three other flooring companies, this was undoubtedly the worst. First, they told me that I would have to go to the store personally to pick out the flooring. So, I go to Home Depot and meander around aimlessly looking for the right tile. There were multiple employees there that saw me and did not offer to help me. I sat at the desk in the flooring aisle for ten minutes, so i called the store. Someone finally came to help me. The employee seemed rather rude and did not offer any condolences for my lost time. She showed me the tile and I proceeded to ask her questions. She then told me that if you have a piano or a pool table, they will not even move it for you, which seemed rather ridiculous. It was a charge of $100 dollars just to move a TV. Upon this information, I cancelled my estimate because I have a piano and I don't want to be nickeled and dimed paying for everything. They should have told me this upfront when I called and wasted my time. This was a horrible experience, and I am extremely unsatisfied."
