It's a no-contact rental, but when we needed a bike rental, bike lock replacement (ours was locked), an emergency door unlock on a Sunday and blankets, we were taken care of immediately. We're so happy, we have rebooked in the area in 6 months. The walk to the beach is literally 2 minutes and the whole experience was wonderful."
