"$200 application fee to be denied not even 24 hrs later is crazy to me. And to not even give a reason why it was denied or even return a phone call. But I should’ve known from the start with the mafia looking owner. This is a freaking scam. They get people to come see the apartment just to get the app fee and deny the application. The biggest scam there is. And a disgrace. Don’t be fooled by these people they are the biggest scammers around. DO NOT PAY THE APP FEE. YOU WILL BE DENIED ANYWAY!!!!!"

"Well I can say the place is big but This place is a nightmare I wish somebody would have warned me before I moved in I don’t stay there anymore and I’m still going through it because the place was infested with BBs and they followed me to the new place if you do research Bbs are so hard to get rid of I’ve been dealing with them for 3 years now it’s also infested with roaches and just a filthy building"

"It was okay. The building is kind of dated, there are "critters" (roaches) in the apartments. One of the landlords is pretty nice, the other is kind of stand-offish, some of the neighbors are pretty normal and some are people you wanna stay far away from...The pool is a nice size but there are always random kids in it that don't live there. I dont like the bathroom ceilings - they're like plastic inserts."
