"This place is a Noo Star. Its has Roaches every where. They have once a month pets control to come out but it doesn't work one hr later the Roaches come out. Also if your bathroom tub or paint in the tub area starts to fall or peel off Don't call them. To tell them the problem cause they will tell u that you have to fix it yourself.. Here is pay your rent and don't complaint about anything cause if u do your done. Also I had my car removed as well. I had to cars and they are both registered to the same apartment. The only this was that the cars had parking decals associated with them. So car one has decal no 5 to be park in parking spot 5 and car 2 has a parking decal for 8. So I had the cars swap and cause I did that. They had both of my cars taken out. That Don't make sense to me.. be very careful renting here.."

"These people is fraud them hold your deposit and then want to charge more money for what for a place is full of roaches molds cupboards hole in the front door this is ridiculous my son was very sick due to mold I complained and they didn't care one bit. They are money hungry and ripping off poor people shame on you all."

"Towed my elderly & disabled mothers car. We pay for parking! Told to walk blocks away to park our cars! Every inch is filled w roaches. I don’t cook only eat out & I am a clean freak so it makes no sense. It’s just me no kids or nothing left no damage but still have to take them to court because they said I did damage but I have pics & videos. The place was a dump I actually made it better by forcing maintenance to fix things."

"I advice anyone renting from these people or current tenants, use your last deposit because they are not going to return your deposit. I moved since June we are now going to renter 2023 and I still haven’t received a call, or a notice. I went to the office Charlie called the police and told the police she don’t know where my check is. These people take advantage of people because I they think people not capable of getting them in trouble. Mind you they gave me the place mess up and I took pictures and sent it to her and till I move out the house she did not do nothing. Even though they gave me they place messed up I still gave them the place clean with no damages. This management is so unprofessional. Eveytime I try to contact Charlie, she ignored. Not to forget she called the police because I went to the office about my check. I got no notice no confirmation from Charlie and now I am still waiting. This is my last warning since I can’t find corporate number."

"I give this place 1 star because 0 stars or negative starts are not an option. Stay away from this place. Do not fall for their lies. This place is full of roaches, garbage everywhere, floors are dirty, washer and dryers are always broken, can not have guest over because there's no guest parking and management will tow cars without reason or notice, mold everywhere and they just paint over it so noone notices. They only put nice photos to lure in people. The rules are for some not for everyone. You can not contact the corporation because the office says they can only contact them by email. If you make a complaint that they dont like, they won't renew your contract and will tell you to leave by the end of the contract. They will find any way possible and make excuses to try to charge you extra for any reason they want and when you move out they will keep your deposit or charge you more than the deposit even if your apartment has nothing wrong with it."
