"Is there anyone else besides the guy Chris at the front desk to talk to ? The man have so many mis information no paper of floor plans no information didn’t even offer me to take a seat to discuss anything told me so many different things. When someone is moving into a place or should be welcoming and you trying to let us live the place to move there. People are serious about moving and you have someone at the front desk that’s just not even interested in helping anyone nor give real information almost felt rushed out of there. Can someone else please call me or anyone to get better information?? Nice guy but absolutely no help and not really worth even being the first person to see and talk to I literally walked out with nooo information no paper no floor plans to be shown to me just said everything is online forgot to mention about administrative fee completely missed that out and went online and seen it no help to how to access or do this fees and nothing. So thank you Chris but I need to speak to someone else or manager"

"Love this place. I've been here since 2020 right before the Pandemic when it was so hectic. However, Legacy made my welcome so comfy and pleasant. Ever since they took over the property as Property managers, the property has improved phenomenally! Before Legacy took over the property was a regular Complex, but Legacy has installed a gym for the residents and the hours are super convenient. The on-site Staff is very helpful and courteous. The pool was closed for a bit but when it reopened it was sparkling clean and better than ever. Maintenance is always on call. Overall, I see a much better quality of the neighborhood."

"AWFUL OLD RENTAL BUILDING w a CHEAP INCONSIDERATE MANAGEMENT. I barely ever take the time to write reviews, but after being left so disappointed time and time again, I have no choice... Ever since the new Legacy management purchased this building in the summer of 2022, it's been so unpleasant to live here. (I was here since 2020) They do NOT care about the tenants. They had loud obnoxious renovations going on for months, shut the pool down and made it super inconvenient for all tenants living here. Then they jacked up our rents by $400, offering NOTHING in return. NO pool or anything useful for the tenants. Just more inconvenient rules and stupidity. I have had an issue with my dryer causing brown stains on ALL my clothes every single time I use it. I have had them come "fix" it many times and it doesn't help the situation, it is an OLD white dryer and needs to be replaced, there is rust in the back, but they refuse to replace it with a new modern one. The management are SO CHEAP. My oven is a white OLD oven and ALL my food gets burnt at a regular temperature of 350* The hob burners are also old and cause my fire alarm to go off. I have asked them multiple times to come and replace it but they refuse to buy me a new oven and hob, they keep trying to "fix" it when it doesn't need to be fixed, it needs to be THROWN OUT. Management are SO SO CHEAP. The pool finally opened this summer 2023 after a year of renovations and instead of saying "we're so sorry to keep you waiting so long, but please come enjoy the pool finally" they ask everyone to pay $75 for a key fob to use the pool. That is so so disgusting and cheap from the management. They send letters out saying "do NOT hang clothes in the balcony because of the aesthetics" but yet they refuse to give me a new dryer. Legacy is a terrible management. DO NOT RENT HERE. You will be so disappointed."
