Landmark Towers

"I came to leave my review but someone else stated the most important. Roach infested, No hot water, Always getting towed even if a guest doesn't spend the night by the time they go back outside their car is gone, You will hear every noise in the building and trust me nobody is considerate of that, and 9/10 your packages will get stole. The office could careless about a complaint. The pool is fine if you choose to use it and its great if you have elementary school children. The price is fine if you're willing to deal with everything wrong."

"Hi I've been Residing in LandMark since 09/2015. I must say that compared to the old Management team and the new management that are here, their have been great improvements. For one the playground has vibrant colors, clean, and safe for the little ones. My 2 daughters enjoy it alot. New management team are providing new washers n dryers and a new gym. The pool is always emaculate for any new or old residents to enjoy. Now what I really like about living here is that the residents are very nice,everyone here are working families. The ent is affordable. I feel safe here and my kids like here as well. The staff is understandable and they work with you. If you have any issues with your apartment the issue is fixed in a timely fashion. Landmark provides spacious units, and the local area is very convenience for shopping.Overall I recommended LandMark to a good friend and their family are Residing here as well. "I have been living at this apartment for year. My experiences with staffs are phenomenal.CORPORATE you have a great team at this complex and this is what gained you the three stars. Great location, but this is what I’m very very Dissatisfied about. This the A Apartment 601 THE FIRST FLOOR is so beautiful tiles. 2nd,3rd,4th and 6th, We Lived like A HORSES IN A Stable.We have no color on the corridor, it was red when I first got here but now it is in a deplorable state. The Chute is very very St... on the weekends. I can’t invite any one at my apartment because they complained about these issues.You raised my rent to Almost $200.00 in this pandemic and we cannot lived in comfort. CORPORATE We Need help"

"I’ve been a resident for 5+ years, it’s a calm good environment very welcoming. The Management and staff are friendly and any thing I needed fix or done in my apartment is quickly taken care of by the maintenance team. The pool is everything and it’s always clean plus the size is great for pool parties and bbq on the weekends which I normally do.☺️☺️☺️"

"Landmark Tower where I live for the past nine years. I like how spacious the apartment is it's bigger than any other apartment that I had visited before I moved here. The staff here is very outstanding. When every a work orders is put in it is completed by the same day. The maintenance gentleman that works here are very nice and very cordially I could trust them to go into my apartment without me being there. And don't having worry about anything come up missing in my appartment. The complex is very well kept the pool is maintained weekly. The manager and the assistant in the office is very outstanding. There also a security company that work detail daily. Olive"
