"Over the past 5 years under new management. The gates been a big help with keeping traffic down. The Management staff they are wonderful, if one is currently with a resident There is always another staff present to greet you soon as you walk in the door. Always Professional and accommodate the residence at the time being, there’s never a long wait. The property is kept clean and work orders are handle with in 24 hours or the same day."

"I was lied to when I signed up for the waiting list and paid for it upfront in 2020. The woman at the front desk told me I was next on the waiting list and that the very next time something became available, I would've been notified. This was in 2020. Today is 2024. I've called them monthly and periodically to check if something were to become available and they kept telling me no. However, something recently was revealed to me. I was behind who knows how many people who have signed up in 2019... I was lied to in person at the front desk after paying to be on the waiting list. The operator was also disrespectful and raising her voice on the phone. I asked if I was next on several occasions before to clarify that I wasn't being lied to. The operator told me she couldn't reveal it to me over the past year. But then she did yesterday. 4 year waiting list. To top it off, I have been lied to."

"The guys came on time and resolved the problem, but they left a little crack on the vanity. I guess it happened because they were trying to fit the new sink onto vanity, and for some reason it didn’t fit well. The same happened with the master bathroom a while ago. I just hope they don’t blame it on me when I move out."
