"Great apartment complex! The agents are very helpful and friendly. The application process and payment is very smooth, and so far we did not face any complications. The apartment is in great condition, with new equipment. The amenities are great: clean pool, clean gym, a beautiful lounge area, and a nice tennis court. Friendly environment, and safe area. Definitely recommend!"

"Amazing property to live in!! We lived in this community for 3 years and we loved it!! Super family friendly, my 2 babies learned how to walk around that beautiful lake. The community is pet friendly, I didn’t have a dog but many of our neighbors did and everyone was very intentional about cleaning after their pets. We lived in building 16, our neighbors on the top floor became like family to us and everybody was super nice, very quiet community and also very safe. Shauna went above and beyond since day one, ALWAYS responded to our emails super fast, always wiling to help from the application process to move in until the day that we had to move out to a bigger home for our growing family of 5. All the staff is super polite and after living there for a while they made us feel like family, checking if we were going to attend to the many activities they do for the different holidays and seasons, summer, autumn, 4th of July, Halloween, etc. The community management would bring bouncy houses for the kids, goody bags, cotton candy, hamburgers, hot dogs, pool parties for free for everyone to enjoy. When I’m telling you it’s a family friendly community it really is!!! Also it is 20 minutes away to about 15 playgrounds and walking distance to tower shops shopping center, Publix is less than 5 min away, one playground is also walking distance. We really love this place because of the memories that brings to our family from our kids."
