"This the three extend stay I go to but this is first time I have talk to front desk about the noise upside.i have told them 2 days in a row about the noise and for 2 days now and nothing has been done. It sounds like people are wrestling and dropping things on purpose. The 1st day they tried giving me a room that wasn't clean. The bed wasn't made it looked like someone had just left plus there was garbage in the garage cans how do give your customers rooms like that.There is roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. All your going to tell me is sorry for inconvenience and we will take care of it which they haven't at all. I could be 4am and they are making noise my service dogs started barking because of them which they don't bark at all. My daughter hasnt been able to concentrate in her school work because of the noise she barely even sleeps because of it. I need something to be about this before I get frustrated and talk to the people upside myself and it will not end well. Either help me out or I need a discount because of this nonsense it has gotten out of hand. I don't want to read im sorry for your inconvenience because that doesn't help at all."

"Worst hotel and management. Had a reservation for this location for 2 weeks. Drove 9 hours to location just to find out that they cancelled the room with out any knowledge of it. When we got there they told us they cancelled the room at 6 pm because they over booked the room. The lobby person rude, unprofessional. If this is how they treat customers, this place needs to be shut down. Beware don’t stay at this hotel!!!"

"Well the outside is well maintained plenty of parking good location. Service well I waited 30 minutes at the front desk after 3PM people in the back office didn’t came out till a housekeeper passing by noticed we were there for a while. Room was clean beds are ok but the TV was blackout not 100% working had a kitchen but they rent the utensils aside. Towels in the bathroom had blood stains and no hot water between 4-7 pm barely hot in those hours. But the worst part are the roaches once you turn the lights off and turn them on you're room will be infested with roaches everywhere. Ask to exchange room but was told we couldn’t told them about the roaches and they didn’t got surprised they just told us they would send a exterminator explained them we had a small dog with us and didn’t want toxic stuff on the floor in our stay. Check fotos for proof. Place has potential but needs an update ASAP. And if your in a 1st floor get ready to listen to the steps from upstairs rooms. We stayed in room 119 we listened all night the running and steps from the kids upstairs, the people in the hallway talking at 3am and the banging of the exit doors all day! Since we already had a long medical appointment week we just stayed calm throughout our stay here but it was unpleasant."

"Staying here while purchasing a home. Quick access to highway. The staff is cordial. This place has gone down under Extended Stay ownership. Roach infestation. Overall, poor maintenance (corporate). I have called client services multiple times, but there are no responses from corporate. No incentives are offered for roach problems. Bring your own roach spray!"
