"First off the staff is amazing but I love love love Carmen and how amazingly cool and serious she is at the same time. I don’t really know Julissa but when I do encounter her she seems sweet and quite there’s a gentleman in the front honestly I don’t know his name but he is always smiling. This property is super clean and I mean super clean. They don’t judge on who can stay here at all trust me it’s a lie don’t listen to people lying to you and I can say that because I’m here and I thought I wasn’t going to get in because I got kids and the place is so quite but that’s not the case. Put your name on the list and wait trust me it’s worth it you may not ever want to leave. I just want to thank everyone there. And I’m a kitchen person and bathroom and let me telllll you the kitchen is big flat stove and the master bathroom has a tub . This place is a steal keep up the great work you guys are appreciated ❤️"

"So I just called for the income restricted apartment qualification and the receptionist Julissa or whatever her name is, starts with a J or G not sure. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. I understand if certain info is confidential but there’s a way to explain it over the phone. I won’t be so polite the next time I encounter someone like her. I’ve spoken to others who addressed the problem in a humbled manner but she by far needs to find another job if she can’t talk to people respectfully! As I’m scrolling through majority of the reviews, a lot of other potential residents/residents have had similar issues or unpleasant experiences with this locations management staff. Get it together monterra. The property itself is nice though."

"The Assistant Manager Jose is awesome! He was very professional and polite throughout the whole process. He works quickly and efficiently and provides you with all the information needed in order to complete your application. He makes himself available to answer any questions and/or concerns you may have. As long as you do your part and provide the necessary documentation in a timely manner, everything should go smoothly. The property is clean, well-kept, and looks peaceful. Overall I had a pleasant experience and I’m very excited to call this rental community my new home. Thank you Jose for your time and assistance!"

"I love this place with all my heart. I lived here with my mom and sister and it’s my childhood place. Thank you for my home. People here are nice and i love the layout. It was small but I liked it. I basically lived here for most my life and I’m still young. I’ll call this my home forever."
