"Absolutely terrible. If you like confusing parking rules, messed up plumbing, shady business practices, and building managers that are barely around, then this is the place. I was towee out of my spot and was unable to get a hold of anyone to figure out what was going on. I actually called the police to report my vehicle stolen and they informed that I was towed. I never received any kind of warning. I was always towed when I worked on night shift and both tines I was parked in my own spot. Neighbors once had a plumbing issue that leaked into my garage and cost me hundreds of dollars in damaged property which I was forced out the garage because some other apartment rated to have 2 garages. Every time they want to get something out of you they are always there, but the second you need them they vanish like ghosts. I don't even know why they keep an office on site because ever timeh I call or swing by during their supposed office hours, I can never get a hold of or find anyone. TLDR avoid this place at all costs."

"This is the worst place to live. Literally I was going through domestic violence and they tell me to call the police, so I get kicked out by calling the police for domestic violence my first week they’re the tiles in my bathroom. Started falling off the word around my dishwasher started falling off. I had roaches my second day and on top of that I had ground water for like three days my toilet leak water for two days and no one came to fix it and my AC was out a week when I just moved in everything broke down my first week and that manly looking lady with the raspy man voice Karen Rosales had the nerve to say they came for me but looking at the reviews it’s been going on for five years. They did all this just to keep my deposit which they need it more than me, but this place is not a good place to live. They don’t care about you if you’re going through things and they try to put you down and talk about you like they’re perfect especially the property manager I don’t recommend living there I’ve never been miss treated like this in my life. I had moved down here to Florida, and got into a domestic relationship and all they did was put me out when I did the right thing by making police reports and stuff and they still put me and my kids out the day before my daughters birthday they don’t fix nothing and you will be the blame when you move out so don’t think you’re getting your deposit back I gave them know stars they look good on the outside, but stay in there for three days. You will see everything that people been talking about. And make sure she found your paperwork correctly. If you’re with housing, she took two months of housings money when I didn’t even stay there."

"German roaches all throughout the building (coming out of outlets) and rats in the backyard and laundry rooms. The worst mosquito problem I've ever had in my life and management is just awful. Luisa was the worst of the worst but new management is not much better. Loud neighbors, paper thin walls and ceilings so you're hearing everyone coming and going all night long. The security is awful, the gate might as well not be there since it will let in 20 cars back to back. There's a theft problem as well. We've had our car broken into and grills and smokers stolen right off our patio. I honestly have nothing good to say about this place, so happy to finally be out of there. It's poorly maintained and neighbors constantly leaving trash spread throughout the parking lots and throw trash off the balcony. No one cleans up after their dogs despite there being poo stations throughout. I would not recommend this neighborhood to anyone. Save yourself the energy and keep looking. We regretted moving here nearly right away and only stayed because of our lease."

"My Family and I have enjoyed our stay here for the past 8 months. We understood that with a new property management comes new rules and regulations. Fortunately, we are in a place that has been secure in safe. Each time we had to reach out to Evelyn she has been very prompt and respectful to our wishes. We do understand that we may not get requests at the time we would like but again, we do understand that change takes time. Respect goes both ways and we appreciate that we have had a good relationship."

"Lived here for 3 years and gone through so many property managers I lost count. Nothing gets done. Took 2 years to get a new A/C and they only replaced the outside unit and never replaced the inside unit which still gave problems and ran our electric bill up because it doesn't work properly. They came and fixed the garbage disposal then it broke again and I emailed, called, work order and even went up in person and never got done. 4 months without a garbage disposal until we moved out. Never refinished our guest bathroom tub they painted over it and the paint was chipping off so never used the tub or guest used our master bathroom. Our washer and dryer didn't work properly complained about it never got fix had to use a laundry mat. Had a problem with people smoking weed in the stairwell and loved that the kids were playing outside but a kid hit my car with a baseball bat and others cars. Hard to have people over there are no parking spaces. Overall may sound like a good price but its not worth it. So happy we are out. The management team only cares about getting there money and doing nothing else."
