"Quiet clean wonderful scent in every part of the building. Staff friendly and my ride was running late to check us out and they allowed us to stay in room 3 hours over without extra charge until they arrived. Not perfect but TRULY A HOME AWAY FROM HOME"
"I had to spend a period of time here last year while I looked for a rental (I lost my housing assistance anyway and am still on the road). I'd rent the cheapest room a week at a time. I think she gave me a deal at 300/wk. She was helpful and accomodating until something happened that was her responsibility. I'm still recovering from this loss. From the discussions we had making preparations... there's really no excuse that this happened. She even suggested the alternative. I may have promised that I wouldn't say anything about it, so I've left out "her" name and the details, but as my life continues to get harder as someone dissabled who could likely still do a better job at her job... she needs to be called out. She didn't apologize (that I remember... I was upset) and she didn't try to help me, compensate me or even offer me a comparable trade (in housing). Anyway, she originally did try to help. Just don't trust anyone ANYWHERE in south east FL and guard your things and plans YOURSELF if you stay there."
