Sonesta ES Suites Fort Lauderdale Plantation

"The rooms are very spacious and we had 2 bedroom/2 bath plus pull out sofa so we could stay there very comfortably. It is close to where we need to go so convenient for us. For families, this hotel would be a great choice. Publix grocery is across the street so good for guests who wish to cook. I would stay here again when I return to the area."

"When I was given a four star runaround at the Sheraton Suites, so I canceled the reservation and booked here at Sonesta Suites instead. I'm so glad I did! The experience with the front desk staff has been wonderfully inviting, empathetic and helpful. The queen suite is large, yet comfortable. Included a kitchen area with 4 cup coffee maker & condiments. Well lit bathroom mirror, large vanity. Lots of counter space throughout, and a closet. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included, and a notch above basic bagels. This hotel had a mix of single travelers, families with children, and couples. There are lots of hotels in the area, so there's plenty of places to eat/drink, shop. Its location is suburban, with the Broward Mall nearby. Based on my experience, I'd stay here again, and I'd recommend it to family and friends."

"Booked this hotel thinking it would be awesome after reading some reviews but that was not the case. We checked in and was given a room with someone already in it. Told the front desk clerk and she simply laughed and made it seem like I was making things up. We were finally given a room and notices the lock was broken so I proceeded to tell the same girl and she yet again laughed and tried to blame me. As she finally decided to listen to me she proceeded to make jokes with her manager as I walked away. The worse experience with customer service I've ever experienced. For sure wouldn't book again."

"I love this hotel . Very clean. The last who checked us in on arrival was so kind and friendly. I forgot her name. She has a Caribbean accent and natural curly hair. She was always friendly. The lady that took over from her was not so friendly. Even when I asked about the laundry service that was not working she was very dismissive. Tone was not nice and didn't want to be bothered"

"This place is horrible. They put us 1st in a room that smelt strong of paint. Then moved us into a room with no air. The girl at the front desk was very rude to us but nice to the black people who came in. She knew the air was not working. When we passed her coming back from a reunion, she said, hope the room is cool for us. I do not recommend this place to a mouse."
