"Apartments management could do way better, trash always everywhere, it’s so hard to get somebody to come fix something in the apartment, crime rate is high within the apartments, should really do background checks before allowing anybody to come live here, for a area that has a lot of kids, people are reckless drivers over here, the apartments needs remodeling, old and everything is breaking and falling apart, for such price it needs a lot of work"

"Very unprofessional to not give notice to the tenants about the roof being replaced, these people been making noise from sun up to sun down."

"I wish I could give negative zero star. These people are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in my entire life. They don’t answer the phone and when you get someone on the phone it’s always someone else will get back to you but never. I have moved out since 12/18/20202 today is the 24th of February, why am I still waiting on my deposit? I exhausted every possible way to get my deposit but I see I have to get the law on them. Oh well!"

"If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst place to live EVER. Garbage is always overflowing in the parking lot, management is never around when you need them. The pool is only cleaned maybe 3 times a year. The rest of the time it is an eyesore filled with algae and garbage. The apartments themselves have potential but management takes the cheapest solution to fix everything. To get anything fixed in your apartment, there's always a 7 to 10 day wait. There's no sense in urgency with these people. My A.C broke 5 times this year and not only did it take them a week to fix it, but they only did the bare minimum to get it working again when it was obvious that we needed a new ac. If they do happen to replace something for you, it's going to be with something second hand that's probably worse then your current appliance. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother moving here. It's a joke."

"The worst apartments when it comes to the garbage can and the parking. I haven't been inside BUT im sure if the grounds are lIke this it cant be any better. if you can't afford any where else or you just want to give your money away this is for you.. I personally like cleanliness and these apartments aren't that.... the garbage can is always running over, the smell of the garbage, the maggots that surrounds the garbage. people will just drop their garbage on the ground so they don't have to get close to it. don't get me wrong if you come to look at the apartments it's clean between 8am until dark. oh and the pools are not usable. it's probably about 5 complexes with maybe 40 apartments in each and everyone use the same trash can, Hell even the people across the street use it, so it can get full in a matter of mins which leaves the other tenants to put their trash on the ground... The parking issue is that people across the street and who ever else feels they need to park here, they park there, again leaving the tenants who paying their money no place to park. the other issue is its also cars that do not move anymore taking half the space so there you go... I know you're probably wondering how I know and not live there cause I sat and observed. thinking this could be a nice place to stay NOT!!! WHEN EVER YOU LOOK FOR A PLACE ALWAYS SEE HOW IT REALLY IS AT NIGHT CAUSE THAT'S THE TIME YOU'RE GOING TO SLEEP. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR NIGHT TIME RESTING ESPECIALLY! ON THE WEEKENDS...."
