With 5 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms, this five-star vacation residence offers absolute luxury and privacy. As you enter through the private security gates, you will be greeted by meticulously landscaped grounds on a double lot, ensuring complete privacy. The circular driveway provides ample parking, with covered parking available near the entrance.
The main living area features high ceilings and stunning views of the private rear yard and waterfront. The kitchen is spacious and open, equipped with granite counters and stainless appliances. There are two dining areas, one formal and one offering outdoor views. French doors lead to the outdoor pool area from the living room.
The first level includes four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second level is dedicated solely to the master suite, which offers a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The outdoor pool area is the highlight of Casa Santa Barbara, with a heated pool, outdoor bar, BBQ, and seating for eight.
Additional amenities include a propane BBQ, laundry room, dock, and stunning landscaping. Linens, towels, beach gear, and starter toiletries are provided. Optional amenities such as pack-n-plays and beach umbrellas are available for an additional cost. Please note there is a countertop replacement oven in place of a wall oven.
