"Got evicted after telling them to fix the German cockroach issue and refused to pay rent until they did. They never did, now all of my belongings are infested and have to get thrown out (TVs, bedframes, couches, even clothes) due to roach eggs being laid on everything and the damn things just stowing away. They ended up infesting my car which I have to now sell for parts because the infestation got so bad and exterminators couldn't eliminate them without exceeding my $1200 budget. The moral of the story is don't move here, the roaches aren't the only problem and I was paying $1687 for a roach-infested studio apartment in the hood."

"Crawling with roaches. They keep them at bay long enough to show the apartment but once you move in they stop caring and they are EVERYWHERE. And not in small numbers by any means. If you open a window, leave any sort of trash for more than a day or two or leave a single dirty dish in the sink all sorts of bugs immediately flock to it. At one point the water coming from the shower smelled like death and somehow caused maggots to form in the shower mat next to it (there was a leak in the tub soaking the mat and the gross water attracted them). There is a constant issue of dogs being off leash in the complexes and they attack and run up on residents REGULARLY . I took my dog for a walk one night, got attacked and got injured partially due to the dog and partially due to the giant pile of broken glass that was sitting in front of the dumpster for WEEKS. They could not care less and simply sent out a “reminder” to dog owners but took absolutely no responsibility or action! The door to the pantry constantly came off track, the towel and toilet paper holders in the bathroom fell off just from a touch and it was impossible to get maintenance to come in because the people working here don’t want to deal with the issues they just want your money. You pay upwards of 2000 dollars a month for a BUG INFESTED, BROKEN, STUDIO APARTMENT and they don’t even have the decency to work with you on the countless issues the complex has. I could not leave my apartment without getting harassed, there is constantly trash scattered absolutely everywhere, dog poop on and around the stairs, broken glass in the parking lots, the people working here are nearly impossible to get into contact with if you have a job and can’t just walk up to the office during normal working hours. It’s absolutely ridiculous. We sent them multiple emails trying to get the issues fixed and they DO. NOT. CARE. They’re money hungry and that is IT. You will have to fight to get the bare minimum out of these leaches and will still most likely end up with less. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. The only sense or urgency they have is when the money is due. Thats the only time they care to get in contact with you."
