"Leasing office is extremely unprofessional. My partner and I went to go tour the 2/2 they have listed. We waited for 20 as the leasing representative went to find the correct key. After looking around the unit for a few minutes we wanted to take quick video to go over the features and see if it would be a good fit for us. The representative then tells us that another person is waiting to see the unit and rushed us out. This experience caused us to look other places."

"I lived on this property when it first opened and came back this week for a tour to reconsider. I was amazed by your wonderful leasing consultant Robin. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and I’m excited to see there’s now new staff that’s willing to help! First impression is important and they get 5 stars from me!!!! :)"

"I've been living here for approximately 3 to 4 years. Previously, the area was well-maintained with regular cleaning services provided by the former management. However, since the new management took over, the buildings have become dirty, and there's trash scattered all around outside. Considering the amount of money we pay, it's no longer worth it. I'm waiting for my lease to end so I can move out."

"One of the worst places you can live at maintenance takes forever to come . The grounds are NOT KEPT trash everywhere the hallways are dirty and full of stains. The valet trash that they charge you for comes MAYBE two times a week if you’re lucky INSTEAD of 5 times as they should. There’s multiple break-ins as well as car break-ins here. HIGH CRIME AND THEFT AREA POLICE ARE HERE ALMOST DAILY. I would never recommend here to even the homeless."

"I lived in this property for about 3 years and what was originally a nice, well-kept neighborhood has become a very poorly kept neighborhood since the change of management in 2022. Floors stink outside of apartments, and they stopped pressure cleaning outside your door to keep it clean. Maintenance requests take weeks to respond to - still hasn't been fixed. Office management is nice but their work doesn't really make me feel like this place is worth the money. I would say go somewhere else! Don't rent here unless you have no other option!!!!!! I've been telling everyone that it's a disappointment!!!!!!!!!"
