We never received a penny from our security deposit. She is an extremely unethical management company. These are the unprofessionals to look out for when renting in Florida."

"This new management that took over name Sarah is the worse she does not have any people skills customer service or management skills worst place ever to live in order to get everything fixed you have to put in several work orders and then call her several times before she actually sends someone to fix the problem The entrance gate is always broken and always open so anyone can roam the property as they like when this is brought to her attention her attitude what’s the like oh well s*** happened she is compulsive liar, prejudice and racist. Good luck on trying to get your deposit back because she will try everything in our power to keep it"

"gate is always broken! and honestly i don't know why there is a gate because when it does work it closes sooo slow and everyone is able to drive through. people leave there garbage every where. place doesn't feel safe. cars are always being broken into! lastly, the association never reply to emails. you have to email them 5x before receiving a response."
