I have been working with Juan for over a year and finally things fell into place, and I signed a lease in November. I can't say enough great things about Juan! He is so professional and really cares, every time I was in town and wanted to look at units, he made himself available and took his time with me no matter how many times I came back to look at the property. When I signed my lease Juan was such a pleasure to work with and made the process so much smoother and took every action to make sure i was happy. Juan went above and beyond to help me and welcome me to the Remy. When I think of Juan, I think of exceptional customer service he is a true role model in his role.
